WHO I AM

I am a trained Leader.

  • U.S. Army officer with 33 years of service, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) 
  • Military Intelligence Officer holding the highest national security clearance 
  • Completed three combat deployments to Iraq, serving as Director and Deputy Director of Intelligence for the region 
  • U.S. Embassy advisor, instrumental in crafting a legally binding agreement between the U.S. and Iraq 
  • Educated in the South — attended public schools, earned a college degree, and acquired advanced degrees, including a Juris Doctor (JD) 
  • Proven vote-getter — the Democrat with the highest voter turnout in GA-01 history, winning all but one county (defeated by just one vote) 
  • Constitution first — sworn to uphold it 33 years ago, faithfully living by that oath
