I am a trained Leader.

- U.S. Army officer for 33 years , Retired as a Lieutenant Colonel (LTC)
- Military Intelligence Officer with the highest national security clearance.

Three combat deployments to Iraq — Director and Deputy Director of Intelligence for the region

- U.S. Embassy advisor — helped craft a legally binding agreement between the U.S and Iraq  
- Educated in the South — public schools, college, advanced degrees, including a Law Degree, Juris Doctor (JD)
- .Proven vote-getter — the Democrat with the highest voter turnout in GA-01history, carrying all but one county (lost by one vote).
- Constitution first — sworn to it 33 years ago, still living that oath.
